Created for the "Specimen" show at Santa Barbara's Arts Fund Gallery, 2013

2004-2009

The artist's original studio, created inside half of a 1920's redwood plank shed. Filled with found objects and oddities, it served as both a workspace and ongoing installation until its demolition in 2009.

2012 - Present

After the previous shack was demolished, the contents were reconstituted in a new location similarly prone to rats, dust, and occasional flooding. It's perfect.

This location is used primarily for early stages of construction and assembly, whereas the Rondo is used for finishing.
